Todd Armstrong was amazing to work with! My situation dealing with the lender should have been wrapped up in 3 months but Todd jump through hoops of fire for 9 months and stuck with me til the end. Todd Armstrong is a go getter. He is a great communicator and he is honest and dedicated. After my experience, just hearing the word "Realty" I think of Todd Armstrong. Buying a home can be stressful. Especially when you do it during a pandemic and do it remotely from out of state. However, working with Todd Armstrong took the stress away. He did many FaceTime tours of properties with me. He was my feet on the ground and my eyes and ears at each property. He quickly became familiar with exactly what I was looking for and didn’t stop until he found me the perfect home. He was very engaged in the contract negotiations, home inspection, etc. And his service didn’t stop with the sale. He is very connected to the community and has been very helpful recommending lawn care, handyman, housekeeper, etc. I cannot thank him enough, and highly recommend you reach out to Todd for any of your real estate needs. My partner and I worked with Todd to find a house a bit bigger. He was fun to work with and had a life time of knowledge about the area. Once listed, we had offers the same day and our home sold for asking price within about a week. Todd was also very helpful in finding the perfect lot and builder for us to build our new home! Working with Todd from iRealty was such a rewarding experience for me and my daughter. When my daughter was young and first diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, there were times I wasn't sure she would be able to live independently. She overcame many obstacles to finish college and hold a steady job. When she decided to buy a house, I wanted to find a realtor who could be very patient with her, especially when explaining the intricacies of mortgage finance.
